This is a before and after where a customer dropped an ink cartridge on their carpet. This was an urgent call out to attempt stain removal. The customer was absolutely over the moon when we got it all out.

These below show an apartment that had quite a bit of damage from tenants. We repaired, restretched and then cleaned the carpet. Patchwork was done by using carpet from one of their wardrobes/cupboards. We saved the customer from replacing the carpet in their entire apartment. They were very happy to have saved a lot of money.
